I think NO one can take a full control over her/his life. Many factors play a role in this such like close people around (kids, spouse, friends,...). But we always need to find the balance to find success and happiness! Have a good day :)
maybe not a full control, but lots of control. Control over other's interfering in your life and twisting it. You and the close people around you can be in control of your life so things don't get mixed up, of course i am talking about grown up not kids. And balance is a very important thing :)

Well, you can work, go and come the way you want and include people too and you wont turn into a zombie, it's only you who can do that :)
