I've been in San Francisco (which is very well known for being homeless friendly city) for sometime ... I make few homeless friends and I got a feeling that, at least some of them choose to be homeless. It's like life style by choice.
I read about some people choosing to leave it all and be on the street for different reasons..but huge number don't have a choice so we need to look for those. We need to help and look for those in need whether they are here or there..anywhere..
